Spotted! Elle Fanning at the Ginger and Rosa Premiere in NYC. I absolutely love this chiffon, floral maxi dress, Elle manages to show no flesh and still look sexy. The neck tie makes this look chic!
I also love how Elle has embraced her porcelain doll like complexion by wearing neutral make-up, allowing elle to look her age. The 14 year old actress looks like a fairy goddess!
